The Hexacopter

The hexacopter consists of 6 motors and propellers and can be configured in two different ways;

1. Standard Configuration - Motors and propellers arranged in circular format

2. Co-Axial Configuration - 3 booms with 1 motor spinning upwards and 1 motor spinning downwards.

Standard configurations are optimal for smooth and steady videos whilst co-axial configurations are best used for photography and ease of transport. 

 The Hexacopter is a great happy-medium of agility and stability compared with the quadrocopter and octocopter. 

The Hexacopter is perfect for just about anything! Sports flight, slow and steady film, endurance flight etc.

The hexacopter comes in both standard lift (cameras/payloads up to 750g) or heavy lift (cameras/payloads up to 1.5kg).
